You won't be guessing. We render your design in 3D and walk through every detail with you — the shape, the stone, the setting — before anything is cast. By the time metal gets cut, it's already the piece you approved.
Most custom pieces take a few weeks from your first consultation to pickup, depending on the design. If you're working toward a proposal or a specific date, tell us early — we'll let you know honestly what's realistic and do what we can to help you get there.
That's how most people start. Bring a screenshot, a Pinterest board, a photo of something you saw on someone's hand, or just a description of the person it's for. Our jewelers do the rest of the thinking with you — that's what the consultation is for.
