Hi All,
Happy New Year!
The Caring Community Foundation was the beneficiary of a New Year’s Eve bash that was held in Garner last night. To be honest, Eric and I are not “NEW YEARS EVE” people, and on top of that, we just returned from traveling and I have to turn around and fly to London today. Needless to say, we were going because we love Magdy and Anfesa and the cause was great! ;-) I would have been quite happy sitting on the couch last night....but Eric and I are so glad we didn’t!!!!!!
It was a wonderful evening! The attention to detail and the crowd was awesome! Eric and I had a great time and it appeared that everyone else did as well. The most amazing part of the night for me was being in the same company with Magdy and Anfesa and the wonderful patient and her family that the foundation helped. The family really touched us deeply and I’m so glad the foundation was there in their time of need.
Eric and I say it all the time; we are so lucky to know so many amazing people through this foundation and I am personally grateful to know Magdy and Anfesa....
If you didn’t attend last night, you really missed out on a wonderful way to start the year!
